Who are your postage, fulfilment and distribution partners?
All services are Royal Mail tracked services apart from some larger items. In these instances, other couriers (UPS or DHL) will be used and tracking details emailed to you.
We don’t use a fulfilment company, we pick, pack and post all of your orders in our warehouse in Yorkshire. Please be aware that our warehouse is closed over the weekend and at bank holidays to ensure a healthy work / life balance for our small (but perfectly formed) team. Any orders placed at these times will be processed the next working day.

What are your dispatch times and when will my order arrive?
All express and next day delivery orders are picked and packed that day. If you need next day delivery you need to order by 1pm to ensure that we have time to get everything ready for the little red van* that collects your orders in the afternoon from Monday to Friday. * no he’s not called Pat, he’s called Paul.
All orders places after 1pm will be dispatched from our warehouse the next working day, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays.
The next day delivery service is available Monday to Friday* if ordered by 1pm (excluding Bank Holidays).
Express orders are packed and posted by 1pm Monday to Friday* but are not guaranteed next day delivery - they are sent via the 24 hour Royal Mail Services.
* The Royal Mail cannot guarantee Saturday delivery for next day deliveries ordered on a Friday and will deliver on Monday by 1pm if the Saturday is missed. We aim to cover all areas but it cannot be guaranteed in certain areas unfortunately sorry! These include Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly, the Scottish Highlands and Islands.
All standard orders are usually processed and posted within 2-3 working days but, at busier times like Christmas, this can take considerably longer. Everyone loves a slipper at Christmas... and we do do slippers!
How are my goods packaged?
With care, fun and gratitude. Everything is hand packed with care in our custom printed, plastic-free packaging. This is super important to us.
As much as we love our packaging, designed by Ellie-Mae, we know that sometimes you need to keep things a secret. If you would prefer branding-free plain packaging for your order, please let us know as soon as possible via our chat facility, email or phone – and make sure you state your order number clearly.
How do I track my order | Where is my order?
All of our services are trackable services, and your tracking information can be found on your dispatch confirmation email.
Please contact us if you have not received your order within 10 days of making it within the UK and allow 28 days from dispatch for international deliveries.
Unfortunately, there are some things that we cannot predict. We all understand this more than ever right now. We will of course make every effort to get your order to you as soon as we can (come rain or shine) but please have patience when factors out of our control come into play * let’s not mention the Suez Canal, pandemics or staff shortages globally...
I have made an order but there is a problem, why is this?
We make every effort to ensure that information about products and stock is kept up to date and is accurate but, in rare circumstances, we can drop the ball. Sometimes stock levels change or might be out of sync or there may be an issue with quality control. In these situations, we reserve the right to offer you an alternate delivery date, an alternative (but similar) product or a full refund.
If there are any problems, we will contact you via phone or email, within 48 working hours from the time you placed the order, please be aware we are closed weekends and Bank Holidays.
I have only received part of my order, why is this?
Sometimes an order is split depending on the location of the items. We might decide to send the items separately to avoid any unnecessary delays. If this is the case, You will only be charged for postage once and your paperwork will reflect this. If there are no notes against your order suggesting that your order has been split, please get in touch as soon as possible.
What if I am out when my order is delivered?
Not to worry, you will be left a card by the courier with instructions on what to do next. You can also check the tracking link you were emailed for an up-to-date status.
How do I change my delivery details | Can I make changes to my order after it is placed?
Whoops, but don’t worry it happens! Get in touch as soon as you can if you need to make any changes and we will do what we can. If your order has been shipped already, we will discuss your options with you and make sure that everything works out ok.
