You’ve changed your mind about keeping your purchase? That’s absolutely fine, it happens, and we try to keep things nice and simple. You can return your items for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase and we offer free returns on all full-priced items within the UK.
After this period, should anything spring a fault within the first 6 months (other than obvious wear and tear) we can arrange for a replacement or refund. Get in touch with your name, order number and clear pictures to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will see what we can do.

Clearance and sale items
Our thirty day returns period does not apply to sale or clearance items. They must be returned within 14 days of your order being placed to qualify for a refund or exchange. All items must be unused, intact and in their original packaging.
Sale or clearance items do not qualify for free returns. However, if you choose to use the tracked service listed below, the cost of the postage ($3.48) will be deducted from your refund/exchange.
Will my discounts or promotion still apply to the rest of my order if I return an item?
When you return item(s) you bought using an offer or a discount, we will adjust the refund accordingly. If you fall below the original offer/discount threshold, the offer/discount will be removed as your order will no longer qualify for it.
My goods arrived damaged or faulty, what can I do?
Wow, apologies for this! We have a low fault and returns rate, but things do happen on occasion. What we are proud of is how we handle things when they go a little AWOL 😊
Please get in touch with us straight away and use the instructions below to return said items to us with the returns form you received from us. We aim to exchange them for the same item as soon as possible (stock levels allowing).
Want a refund instead of a replacement?
No problem, we will of course refund the cost of the goods in full, as well as any postage costs you may have paid.
My items were posted outside of the UK?
That’s ok, just get in touch and we will try to resolve things as quickly as possible.
I would like to exchange my item for another type or size, how do I do this?
Follow the instructions below detailing how to return your goods to us for exchange or refund. State clearly on your returns form (that was included with your original delivery) what you would like to exchange for (please include item name, colour and size and any other helpful details).
If there is a difference in price, we will arrange a refund or contact you to take any additional payment if needed.
If the item you wish to exchange for is out of stock, we will contact you with an estimated delivery date and give you the option to hang fire (Sometimes you just have to have it!), an alternative or a full refund.
I received a gift I need to exchange but I don’t have any paperwork?
No problem, follow the returns & exchanges paperwork as normal but include both your details and the purchaser’s details with your return when you post it back to us.
How do I return my order?
For items bought in store...
If you bought the item in store, please bring your item(s) and receipt with you and we will process your return or exchange right there.
For items bought online...
If you bought your item(s) online, you are more than welcome to return them to Store and we will contact you once they have been processed to confirm your refund or exchange.
To return your items by post, we have made this super easy, just follow these steps!
Visit the Royal Mail website to start your returns process and generate your pre-paid returns label.
Make sure you complete all the fields to avoid any delays
Download and print off your label at home or take it to your nearest Post Office or Royal Mail where they will scan the QR code you have been sent and will print it for you.
Get your parcel ready to post. Please complete the returns form you were sent with your purchase and pack this with the item(S) you would like to exchange or return
Attach the postage label to the outside of the packaging, making sure that it is clearly visible, including the barcode as this will be scanned.
Drop your parcel off at any Post Office or Sorting Office and ask for proof of postage. Please make a note of the tracking number on your postage label as this will help you and us if your parcel is lost in transit (it doesn’t happen often but just in case!)

We do not currently offer free returns from outside of the UK, these are at your own cost.
How do I return or exchange an item purchased at a show or market?
Please contact the shows team directly as we operate slightly differently. You can email them at email@example.com or call 0113 2251007 (During the summer months replies may take slightly longer than usual due to the nature of their work and it’s best to call on a Monday!
How do I track my return?
When you print off your returns postage label from the Royal Mail website, you will notice a barcode on the label with a number underneath it. This is your tracking number and you can pop that into the Royal Mail Track and Trace website to find out the status of your return.
How long will my refund take to process?
Parcels can take up to 14 days to arrive back at our warehouse. As soon as we process your refund, you will receive an email confirming that it has been processed and it will appear on your statement within 5 working days.
